Observations from the Author

The reader of this commentary should notice a number of distinctives in its format which we trust will be helpful in its study. We have hoped these would illustrate this particular book in the Bible to be the unique book God revealed it to be. Note the following:

Sectional Summarizations: There are eighteen placed at certain critical points in the book with the hope of carrying a bridge of continuity across bridges of thought in changes of scenes in John's changes of the revealed visions.

Sectional Outlines: The entire commentary is arranged in an orderly designated outline with the hope of an organized development in their respective relationships.

Sectional Verses: All of the verses are outlined in such a way as to add thought to thought as they are related to the various contexts.

Sectional Contemporary Subjects: From time to time, as appropriate, contemporary subjects are brought into the continuity.

Sectional Word Studies of Biblical language as well as KJV Elizabethan are emphasized. Sectional studies of history and the world empires are appropriately rendered.

Sectional King James Version: The entire KJV text is arranged directly in order preceding the commentary itself so that the student will have at hand what is said in the Word of God.

Appendix: An appendix of several subjects is placed at the end of the commentary with the hope to help further study on a particular subject.
